We would like to announce the recent opening for five Handyman Temporary positions in the Fixed Facilities Department.
To apply you must posses the following requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent and two (2) year of relevant work experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities related buildings, structures and equipment.
Knowledge in masonry, carpentry, plumbing.
Ability and knowledge to complete all general facilities maintenance essential duties
Ability to safely operate equipment and tools typically used in buildings and grounds maintenance.
Ability to enter data in computer applications (Microsoft Office) and prepare basic daily maintenance reports.
Ability to work different shifts with minimum or no supervision.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Availability to be on call in a 24/7 schedule.
Valid driver’s license.
