SUMMARY

We would like to announce the recent opening for five Handyman Temporary positions in the Fixed Facilities Department.

To apply you must posses the following requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent and two (2) year of relevant work experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities related buildings, structures and equipment.
• Knowledge in masonry, carpentry, plumbing.
• Ability and knowledge to complete all general facilities maintenance essential duties
• Ability to safely operate equipment and tools typically used in buildings and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to enter data in computer applications (Microsoft Office) and prepare basic daily maintenance reports.
• Ability to work different shifts with minimum or no supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Availability to be on call in a 24/7 schedule.
• Valid driver’s license.
